I'm not here to defend GB's OL. It was bad last night. But let's make sure that we're calling them out for the right stuff.
1st play that highlighted here.
Snap to throw is over 3.5 seconds on this play.
Why does the RB keep drifting out to that NFL logo towards the sideline?
Why (with no pressure on Love) does the RB have to completely stop and basket catch a low pass?
For as much blame as we can put on the OL - the same amount can be put on the QB/RB for not delivering a pass that allows the RB to come back to the ball - because there's plenty of room on the inside if this is caught clean to get all of that yardage.
For the “Lafleur and Love suck” group——This is what it looks like to have your OL ruin your plays @packers

S/O to @KyleCrabbs & @ScoutsVision for both pointing out that this is CRUNCH. I missed Jonah pulling on the right side in addition to Proctor and Kacmarek.
This reminded me of a video that I made a couple of years ago that somehow only has 129 views.
If you want a good video on breaking down CRUNCH and the layers used to lead up to it, give this one a watch. It's only 12 minutes and has a lot of great information.

I love everything about this play. All the way down to Douglas climbing to the safety.
This will be a play that I break down on the film review video.
Make corners make tackles.
The corner does in this case. But keep giving me blocking schemes that ask corners to tackle DeVon Achane and it's going to come out positive more often than not.

I have purchased all 3 and can vouch for Bobby's work!
Very useful if you're into the Xs and Os.

Myles Garrett vs. Trent Williams every pass rep in Week 1.
Two titans going head to head. Nothing better.

Some people on this app are committed to pushing agendas and controlling narratives, not doing the work required to actually be informed.
You can fool people who don’t actually know. But those who have invested years studying, teaching, developing, and evaluating OL play can immediately recognize fraud analysis.
You cannot watch five plays, and a hand full of players and, ignore the other 150-plus OL across the league, and then make sweeping, grandiose claims about OL play.
Expertise requires reps. It requires film, context, experience, and pattern recognition built over time. Professional equity and credibility are earned by consistently doing the work, not by speaking with confidence about work you haven’t done.
Those who know, know!

Duo Left.
Steve Avila doing a really nice job getting hip to hip on his combo with the inside foot up to keep his shoulders square to the LOS and then leave Alaric Jackson to finish the block.
Both defenders end up on the ground.

Notre Dame LG Anthonie Knapp had several pancakes on Sunday, but he also went looking for extra work when he could.
"You don't want someone bull-rushing your guys. I got no one on me, so might as well go hit someone."

Love him, we've had him in our top 40 for a while. Super underrated. firstandten.net/player/antho…

3rd & 2 - Looks like Kupp was essentially a body in the way, so there was a 6 man blocking surface vs a 7 man box.
Tough to run like that.

Quick cut‑up of WVU true freshman LT #74 Kevin Brown.
Coached against him in HS - he's got the tools and the temperament.
No surprise he’s playing early. Watch 74 every time WVU’s on TV.

FCS Players to Watch this Fall 👇
OT Desmeal Leigh — Youngstown State
6’7”, 325 lbs. Long, massive framed offensive tackle with legitimate NFL measurables. Leigh has shown strong pass-protection ability and the length to consistently disrupt rushers at the point of attack. His size and athletic profile give him starting caliber upside.

Dolphins PGC Kevin Patullo shocked Jeff Hafley when he told him earlier this summer that, last season, the Eagles had half of the Packers defense pressure packages on tape ahead of the week 1 matchup between the teams because they were recorded by fans at training camp.
"We had a pressure I had never run, so there's no way he could've known about it. And they knew it was coming. (Kevin) said they saw it on video."
Every little edge matters.

Undrafted rookie WR Ja'Mori Maclin made Buffalo's practice squad after averaging 32.3 yards a reception (on 4 catches), including this 71 yard TD against Cleveland.
If elevated at some point, can you see him doing this for Josh Allen?

Dolphins have used Kadyn Proctor to pull several times already in his first game. You can see the athleticism Sully was talking about.
