#PostOfficeScandal as a SEND parent who has gone to tribunal, I feel the adversarial legal system needs to place on government and big organisations an enhanced inquisitorial duty. Ideally as part of their Corporate Governance duties.
There could be some very difficult cases in the system, and while I don’t know if this did or could happen, it is worth considering if you stole money from your employer to pay them back for money they STOLE would you have actually committed a crime.
One last one, in the #PostOfficeScandal did the Post Office accounts declared to its shareholder have financial irregularities in it and/or did the Post Office create money out of thin air. If so I wonder how much and how much is still in the system?
With such high success rates how much tax payer money is going on defending the indefensible instead of delivering a better service.

Government guidelines on dedicated school transport need to change. Minimising the spread of COVID-19 between pupils should include school transport! It’s not rocket science ...

Realising this is at least the 3rd time as a family we have lost a season to being stuck in. 2 occasions being personally traumatic but leading to similar feelings that the world does goes on without you.
Confused as to what this actually means for provision for EHCP students when the SEND school has already closed until at least Easter.

Retweeting this again because I think it’s really important:
In recent days I keep coming back to the same thought.
It is not just WHAT you want to achieve, but HOW you are prepared to achieve them.
And in public life the appearance of BULLYING let alone the actuality of it is shameful, whoever you are.
The recent revelations seem at odds with Human rights act Article 2
“Public authorities should also consider your right to life when making decisions that might put you in danger or that affect your life expectancy.”

Yesterday was a good day. Not for Brexit but for the #theotherfootproblem In that the same trick could have been used again, and allow the PM an option to act in a more extreme and damaging way.

But we're not done yet. We're determined to make sure the promised funding is delivered and that it reaches the right places. For that we need improved accountability. We're also eagerly awaiting the court's judgement, and the rest of the money.
In fighting #NoDealBrexit as in the school closures I noted the scope of Article 2 of the Human Rights Act. Maybe someone should point out to interested parties that policy makers have to consider life expectancy as well as life and family life in their plans.
