Your quote isn't the market's business. Ask only the counterparties you pick. Your assets stay in your wallet until you accept. Then both legs settle in one transaction. Price at size, without the audience. Dm for an invitation.

Traditional finance is coming on-chain, and Canton is where it's landing. Derivnex just closed the first OTC swap on Canton. @DRWTrading and Marex traded a total return swap on a Kaiko-tokenized S&P iBoxx index. Tokenized repo on Canton now runs at about $9T a month. Repo is moving on-chain fast. By leveraging Canton, institutions get private quotes from counterparties they choose, with cash and collateral settling together, and a market that is open to them 24/7.

On most public chains, a pending trade is visible to everyone before it settles. Canton works differently. Validators or participants only see the transactions they're party to, and there's no public mempool in between. That's why we are building on Canton, and why we are doing the flow on-chain. Canton lets transactions be private and visible only to the counterparties participating in the transaction. A private RFQ only works if competing counterparties never see each other's prices, and on Canton, the ledger underneath supports it.

Putting the cash leg on-chain is what makes tokenized repo real. Dollars move in for settlement, then back to the bank when the trade matures. On Swap Monster, desks can price and settle the trade on Canton while the underlying securities stay in custody; only the digital twin changes hands. The settlement is atomic, DvP on-chain and the asset never has to leave the rails institutions already trust.
A tokenized US Treasury can settle onchain while the institution financing it keeps its cash in a bank account. In @The_DTCC's first production trades using tokenized U.S. securities, HIFI moved the cash leg of two Treasury repo transactions, from bank dollars into USDC and USDCx on @CantonNetwork for settlement, then back to the bank at maturity. HIFI CEO @ZachaWalsh on why the cash leg is what lets tokenized markets run at institutional scale. go.hifi.com/87IabIj

DTC's Digital Assets Solutions Industry Working Group spans banks, asset managers, and infrastructure providers. Swap Monster has joined, contributing an operator's perspective on interoperability, settlement, and market readiness as tokenized assets move toward active trading.
Swap Monster has joined the DTC Digital Assets Solutions Industry Working Group (IWG), an industry forum convened by The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (@The_DTCC), the premier market infrastructure for the global financial services industry, to support dialogue and feedback around tokenization, digital assets and the evolution of financial market infrastructure. DTCC’s depository subsidiary provides custody and asset servicing for securities valued at U.S. $114 trillion. The IWG brings together more than 100 members across traditional finance and digital markets, including institutions at the core of global markets such as @BlackRock, @citsecurities, @CharlesSchwab, @circle, and @digitalasset, the creators of @CantonNetwork. We come to these discussions as operators: Swap.monster runs a private RFQ marketplace on Canton Network, where institutions trade with atomic, non-custodial settlement on-chain. As tokenized assets move to active trading, industry alignment on interoperability, settlement and market readiness will shape how fast that transition happens. We look forward to contributing our perspective. More on the IWG's formation: dtcc.com/press-releases/2026…

Proud to share that @SwapMonster_ has joined the DTC Digital Assets Solutions Industry Working Group (IWG). As tokenization takes on a new lead, we can clearly see that on-chain tokenization is being taken at a high level and is reaching a point where institutions and traditional finance firms are more and more interested in having on-chain exposure to assets and yield-bearing assets. Our participation in the DTCC working group will expand our reach to institutions and work alongside firms that are looking to have direct exposure to tokenized assets on @CantonNetwork. If you're an asset issuer coming to Canton or exploring coming to Canton, let's talk. We will give you one place to issue, connect with institutions, and settle on-chain.

I have recently joined @CantonArmy and @TheNode_Network to discuss what we wee building at @SwapMonster_ and how we contribute to the Canton network foundations of keeping $CC deflationary. Every interaction on our includes an on-chain transaction which burns $CC which contributes to its economics.
Request. Quote. Settle. Every step burns $CC 🔥 @SwapMonster_'s Sean explains why they kept the entire process on Canton.

Swap Monster is partnering with @edeldotfinance to list their token, $EDELx. $EDELx is Edel’s Canton-side token for Canton-native products and institutional market flows. Same ecosystem as Edel on public rails, built for Canton.

Canton would be the home for institutions to trade privately at scale. And the venue would be the one that supports the right requirements.
Native cash closes half the gap. Institutions still need a private way to price size. It means: sealed quotes, assets in the trader's wallet until accepted, and then atomic settlement. Tokenization is one thing; private trading at scale is another.

more assets to come soon
$TRAKXRWA is now live on Swap Monster. $TRAKXRWA is @official_trakx’s on-chain basket of tokens that they classify as real-world assets: real estate, art, commodities, credit, and the infrastructure that supports that activity. Size is requested as a sealed RFQ. Cash and the asset settle together on Canton.

Delivery versus payment is a settlement rule: the asset and the cash move together, or neither does. Neither side is left holding an unpaid leg. On Canton, a DvP app has to support atomic execution, privacy by design, and cross-synchronizer composition. That is how a trade works on Swap Monster. Size is requested as a sealed RFQ, so the quote stays private. The trade exists only when both legs settle. Cash and the asset move in one on-chain transaction, even when they are different instruments, with no custodian between the legs and no pool to slip through. This is how on-chain institutional flow works.
.@Tradeweb, @VirtuFinancial, and @m1xglobal completed a fully on-chain repo on Canton on 27 August: the securities leg, the cash, and the return settled atomically in under ten minutes. Collateral was USDM1, a Marshall Islands sovereign digital bond backed one-to-one by short-dated Treasuries, executed bilaterally on Tradeweb. Atomic settlement is the point. On Swap Monster, size is requested as a sealed RFQ, and cash and the asset settle together in one on-chain transaction, the same property this repo used.

Why we're excited about mump2p, @get_optimum's fast data propagation protocol: Ethereum's networking layer hasn't moved much while execution and DA have. As blocks get bigger and validators spread further apart geographically, propagation speed and consistency set the performance ceiling for everyone. mump2p is RLNC-coded gossip running as a sidecar next to the node. Client config, signing setup and security posture stay as they are. GossipSub stays live underneath. We've been running mump2p on testnet for several months now and we've seen ~150ms average block propagation, roughly 6x faster than the GossipSub baseline. Faster propagation is the next level for validator performance, and we intend to stay at the forefront of it.

When an institution trades OTC, privacy isn't a feature - it's a requirement. Canton's sub-transaction privacy model means: - Only the parties involved in a transaction see its details - No public mempool. No front-running. - Regulatory compliance built in - privacy with accountability Our RFQ marketplace is where the privacy guarantees are at the protocol level, not bolted on.

built for institutional flow. dm for early access
Swap.monster is built differently. It has: - No public order book. - No slippage. - No custody risk. - And no settlement risk. This is what institutional trading looks like on-chain.
