On the 12th day of Christmas SWR gave to me...
12 lost crew,
11 foggy patches,
10 taken ill,
9 leaves on the line,
8 poor railheads,
7 stuck doors,
6 faulty signals,
5 BROKEN TRACKS...
4 defensive drivers,
3 geese on the track,
2 train alarms,
And delays due to earlier delays.
So @SW_Help what exactly are you doing about the terrible reliability of your air conditioned trains? Another unit today (74427) being run as a mobile sauna with no opening windows! @swtrains_watch

Another day, another @SW_Help train with broken air con meaning passengers have a miserable journey on the 1752 CLJ-SUU @swtrains_watch
Comes to something when @SW_Help guard on the 1758 CLJ-RDG train apologises for the heat on the train that’s been sat in the sun in all day & says he’s had to fight the powers that be to get bottles of water to meet the train on route because it’s so hot on board @swtrains_watch
So @SW_Help cancel the 1823 Clapham jct to Sunbury and then run the delayed 1822 as a short form 6 car. The 1852 is a short form 4 car. Service standards are appalling. @swtrains_watch
