NEWS: The Portland Trail Blazers are starting Ja Morant in the backcourt alongside Damian Lillard to start off the 2026-27 season, league sources tell me.
Now they're using @FCHWPO intelligence against him ? "Ah" so control is the problem. The ideal way is to just know basketball & nothing else.
People in the NBA believe Jaylen Brown has a "disease" where he thinks he’s the smartest person in the room, per @colincowherd
“I had two NBA sources … two people in the league, one an executive, one a scout, say that Jaylen Brown has — it’s a disease. He suddenly thinks he’s the smartest guy in every room he’s in ... You make a lot of money, suddenly you’re absolutely sure, you don’t wanna listen to your bosses, you don’t wanna listen to consultants, you don’t wanna listen to teammates.”

Wow the pelicans seemed like the more ideal trade. 😐
Latest offseason intel, via @MikeAScotto:
- Jaylen Brown has drawn trade interest from various teams, including the Blazers, Raptors, Nuggets, Nets, Hornets, Hawks, and Clippers; the Rockets, Magic, and Pelicans are "not in the mix"
- Deni Avdija is off the table in Blazers' trade talks for Jaylen Brown; Scoot Henderson, Shaedon Sharpe are considered available
- Blazers have expressed interest in Aaron Gordon if they don't land Jaylen Brown
- Hornets had exploratory conversations regarding Jaylen Brown, but they've cooled; Naz Reid was brought up in those conversations
- Nuggets have considered a "major roster shakeup" and are willing to listen to offers for anyone other than Nikola Jokic
- Cam Johnson has drawn interest from the Lakers, Celtics, Heat, Clippers, and Magic
- Pistons have been linked to Norman Powell, and the Bulls are among the teams expected to have interest
- There’s a belief that Jalen Duren is seeking around $40M annually

Nobody has won more combined regular season and playoff games since I entered the league 10 years ago
I told you he's a pelican ! They just need to hurry up & announce it 😎
The Celtics are demanding at least four 1st-round picks in any potential trade for Jaylen Brown, per @ShamsCharania
You got that right ! 👍
