I'm 60 in November. My brain thinks I'm 25. My body thinks I'm 75. My sense of humour thinks I'm 12 and my playlist thinks it's the 80's.

Chuck Norris didn't join the Marine Corps...the Marine Corps applied to him. Heaven’s streets have always been guarded by Marines. Today, Chuck Norris reported for duty. We mourn the passing of Chuck Norris, a @usairforce veteran, who also became an honorary Marine in 2007 when awarded the title by then Commandant of the Marine Corps, Gen. James T. Conway. Chuck Norris is one of just over 100 individuals to be awarded the title of Honorary Marine in the entire 250-year history of the Corps. Some missions may require a battalion, but this one just requires an Honorary Marine. #USMCHistory #USMC #SemperFidelis

Everybody has a game plan until they get punched in the mouth. I’ve seen it happen to the toughest people. Real courage isn’t the absence of fear. It’s holding steady when the plan breaks.

Survival is 90% faith. The belief that the sun will rise. The belief that you can take one more step. The belief that you are not alone.

On this day in 1961, the first test flight of the Saturn I launch vehicle occurred. Saturn I was the basic test vehicle that led to the development of the Saturn V, which carried astronauts to the Moon for Project Apollo.

So about this week's episode of #StrangeNewWorlds ...I'm sure the current era haters will hate. This was not what I expected, and while I am not entirely sure how I feel about the far-reaching impacts of the legacy of the show etc etc, I kept an open mind and enjoyed it.

@TrekProfiles @AleahGiselle We just covered those Eps on our show! I like to think the story actually starts in Picard Ssn2 to ENT to Space Seed to WoK to TNG, etc. The next chunk ('Affliction' and 'Divergence') is a great follow up to this 3-parter! 🖖🤓👍💙🎙️🍻
