Can I be clear again that if you inspect & you work in a school, or Trust, you are part of the problem. @Ofstednews are toxic to schools & believe me, you **WILL NOT** change if from the inside; you are just perpetuating the problem.

“I inspected a favoured MAT sch. They had excluded a massive number of pupils. I phoned the Ofsted duty desk and was told to turn a blind eye. 'They're bound to have a spike if they're asserting a new behaviour regime'. It's disgusting.”

I’ve written to all @woodbrhigh parents today to set out our 2023-24 budget position. It is not good news. I urge all those who love our school to campaign for us. Without more money, I am worried that staffing cuts are coming. Young people, and ultimately society, will suffer.

When a HT says they cannot do their job for fear of being reported to the #TRA how is this right? The decisions by these people affect many. Most importantly, imo the children. Protecting ourselves could have a negative impact on children.

#ChallengeTRA Legalised abuse. Make up as much as you can, coercing people to come forward and lie on oath. Release the tapes on every cross examination so far. I am confident this will demonstrate my point. I am suing the NEU+LA. #TRA wanted to go 1st. It is crystal clear why.

#ChallengeTRA Imagine a regulator who has no systems or procedures in place to check that witnesses giving evidence by video are not being fed answers off screen. No need to imagine, this is the #TRA. I am apparently the first to ever question this. An absolute abuse of process.

For the record, my lawyers have requested audio tapings of all the witnesses cross examined this week. The transcripts of every single witness. Note, when you give evidence at the #TRA you are on oath.

I am still fuming that a reported Cabinet source has said, "I think there's a lot of over interpretation of the rules by schools who seem keener to send pupils home than they need to be." Sch Leaders have worked every weekend & holiday to support track & trace & enact Gov rules.
Daily Telegraph, blaming schools for "over-interpreting the rules" (see tweet #2) is an abject failure to hold the Government to account for their lack of strategic decision making to protect children and their communities from further school disruption. 1/3
