He would stare at the rat in his hand before holding it back out to Yoko.
“Just keep it contained, or I’ll have to exterminate it alright?”
“See… See, that right there is why he’s getting confiscated. I’ll make sure he gets fed some junk, I saw a bucket load of baked beans in the cafeteria that should do… I doubt anyone actually eats that crap anyway.”
“I was told to take in anything suspicious looking.”
He would reach down and grab the rat, lifting it up to get a better look at it.
“I’ll be fine, I’ve seen stranger I’m sure.”
He would reach out and take the handcuffs, fastening them to his hip for ease of access.
“Those will definitely come in handy, thanks.”
“Okay…? Sure… So I guess I’ll just do some patrols and see if anything strange is going on. I’ll take a walkie, and if you see anything strange just give me a call.”

He’d walk through the portal and look around to see what he was working with.
