Seiya was an above-average middle-of-the-order hitter on a perennial playoff contender for five seasons. That exceeds expectations in my book.
Anything else was unrealistic from the jump.
Cubs Twitter is insufferable and has been for years.
No, we as fans who tweet, do not know more than people who run the organization. We don’t have to understand every decision.
It’s baseball. Just enjoy the damn ride!
Michael Leavy seems like a good guy and has a killer Freddy (Robert Englund) impression… but I don’t see a point in that for any future films in the franchise.
I’ve said it for years, but it’s mind-boggling to me that nobody has bothered to make an animated ANOES TV series.
Some husbands send their wives loving memes and sweet videos. I send my wife fried chicken coating ideas. We are not the same.
Important reminder
What the PFF grade measures is the part of the play the QB actually controls — the read, the decision, the throw. Not the result that lands in the box score.

Yooo @letterboxd how do we get you at @UIndyAthletics?
Leonard Williams, Rashid Shaheed, A.J. Barner, Abraham Lucas, Elijah Arroyo and Byron Murphy II of the Seattle Seahawks give their four favorite films. The defending Super Bowl champions @Seahawks kickoff the 2026 NFL season tomorrow vs. the New England Patriots at 5pm PT on @NBCSports.
Obviously the Chattanooga omission, but what about the D2s & D3s & NAIAs? You’d think a professional hockey team in the state of Tennessee would understand there’s more out there to offer. They easily could’ve limited this to Nashville only and chose willful ignorance. Sad!
