Never debug transactions again. Supplying the missing context your AI needs to do it for you. @Colosseum #1 infra.

Seer is entering the arena at Crypto World's Fair.
Since Frontier, we have been quietly cooking something special.
Something that will change the way Solana development, and perhaps development in general, is done.
🧵...
Give us a star on our open source execution-analysis engine for Solana!

We wanted transaction debugging to be automated and deterministic.
An average AI model should be able to handle 99.9% of cases.
This is already achieved. All that's left is community support and infra.
Imagine going to Crypto World's Fair in 2026 to hang with your friends and a project you've never heard of called Seer is presenting and they ruin your night by proving AI can now debug any transaction quicker and better than you
In the future, have your protocol transaction data backed up by Seer for quick incident response will be as common-sense as having your programs audited.
The leading devs in our ecosystem view SBPF as an advanced analysis skill for cracked engineers.
They don't yet see that it is the key to fully automating transaction diagnosis and debugging.
I can debug you
sbpf has a debugger now! once again, i didn't do anything @Zensen977 did everything
run `sbpf debug --asm <program.s> --input <input.json>`
besides normal debugging commands, type `regs` to show live register values; type `compute` to see how much cu has been consumed 🤩
vscode extension coming soon ⏩ (we have it, but sorting out the shitty vscode plugin update (brought to you by microsoft))
Pretty crazy to be building something and see the big OG thinking the thing you're building would be cool to build.
Replying to @clairefxyz @Zensen977
@mert @jacobvcreech it would be so cool to step through any tx on chain.
Solana protocol owners!
Imagine knowing you'll never have to hire security auditors for on-chain incident response 😄
Solana security auditors!
Imagine how good you will look on incident response, when you have the full on-chain story reconstructed in 5 minutes.
This is not about a nicer tool for transaction debugging.
This is insurance.
It says: when shit goes bad, you can get the correct diagnosis and fix instantly.
What if I could get pre-account state of historical mainnet transactions as a fixtures to run tests against?
What if doing so was always as simple as a prompt?
