- Look at this parcel and identify any land improvements
- Identify assets, draw a polygon around the asset, and assign a confidence score
- Match identified asset with a database of current construction costs to assign a value
- Human review and can edit polygons and assets

Was lucky to attend the AI in Accounting event last night as part of @Techweek_.
Came away genuinely inspired as the profession enters a new era. Less hours will be spent on low-value grunt work and more on strategy, advisory, and driving real client outcomes. With that shift, new opportunities and roles will emerge.

Trying to one shot cost segregation studies using Chatgpt or other AI models is a foolish undertaking.
Cost segs, just like all accounting practices need to be broken down to individual tasks and then can be automated piece by piece using the appropriate tool
