First they fetched Dr. @kizzabesigye1 , and i thought to myself, “nze I am a coward, I don’t do politics, let me keep quiet 🤐.”
Then they incarcerated Counsel @kiizaeron, and I thought to myself, “yarabi yarabi, but also him, why did he shout at the army man? But anyway, he will be out soon. Surely they can’t keep him in for the whole 8 months?🙆🏻♀️ Let me just keep quiet”.
Now the “whole” @ug_lawsociety President, Senior Counsel @IsaacSsemakadde is “eating from the bush”, he is a wanted man 🙆🏻♀️. Two years at that 😭! At first I thought to myself, “he had it coming, his big mouth has brought him problems. But let me just keep quiet, his beloved foot soldiers have gat this, they will appeal.”
Oh but now that I think about it, if I continue keeping quiet and I just keep praying for them, when they come for me, for whatever reason they will use to come for me, who will be left to speak up for me? 😰

Earlier today, Col. @edthnaka alongside key stakeholders, attended a meeting today at Police Headquarters - Naguru. The discussion focused on enhancing inter-agency coordination to streamline Uganda’s gold trade and combat illicit activities.
The meeting hosted by the @igp_ug1 was chaired by, PS Ministry of Energy and Mineral Development - @irenebateebe .
Also in attendance were Brig. Gen. Kisami (Airport Security), Brig. Gen. Isoke Head @AntiGraft_SH , Uganda Revenue Authority officials, and the Commandant Police Mineral Protection Unit. The meeting resolved to strengthen collaboration and hold quarterly engagements to ensure a transparent and well-regulated gold trade sector.
