The "Charleston Loophole," a federal rule allowing gun sales to proceed if a background check isn't completed in three days, enabled the 2015 Emanuel AME Church shooting in Charleston. Despite the killer’s disqualifying criminal history, he was able to buy a gun because his background check took more than 3 days. It's time for all conscientious members of Congress to support @RepJamesClyburn’s bill to end this senseless loophole.
