This is huge! The BBC just pushed back against Donald Trump after he cancelled his deposition in his own $10 billion defamation lawsuit against the network when their lawyers wanted to question him under oath, and have now asked a federal judge to intervene and make him testify before the discovery deadline.
Thank you to the BBC for refusing to back down!

🦃 WKRP IN CINCINNATI — THE GREAT TURKEY DROP! (1978)
One of the funniest moments in television history came on October 30, 1978, when WKRP in Cincinnati aired its legendary episode, “Turkeys Away.”
Looking to boost the struggling radio station’s publicity, station manager Arthur Carlson dreamed up what he thought would be the greatest Thanksgiving promotion ever.
The plan? Drop live turkeys from a helicopter over a crowded shopping centre!
Unfortunately, nobody bothered to consider one rather important detail… domestic turkeys aren’t particularly good at flying! 😂
As the disastrous promotion unfolded, reporter Les Nessman delivered a frantic, play-by-play account from the scene, famously comparing the chaos to the Hindenburg disaster.
And then came one of the greatest closing lines in sitcom history, delivered by a stunned Mr. Carlson:
“As God is my witness, I thought turkeys could fly.” 🦃
Nearly 50 years later, this episode remains a television comedy classic. And the funniest part? Much of the actual turkey disaster happened offscreen, leaving viewers to imagine the absolute mayhem!
📺 Do you remember watching WKRP in Cincinnati? Was the Great Turkey Drop one of the funniest things you ever saw on television?
