🚨 MEDICAL FACT: RETROGRADE EJACULATION
Did you know that a man can experience orgasm without semen coming out of his penis? 🤔
This condition is called Retrograde Ejaculation.
It occurs when semen flows backward into the urinary bladder instead of being expelled through the penis during ejaculation.
Common causes include:
1. Diabetes mellitus (nerve damage).
2. Prostate or bladder neck surgery.
3. Certain medications, especially alpha-blockers.
4. Nerve damage affecting bladder neck function.
Key clinical features:
- Orgasm with little or no semen released.
- Cloudy urine after ejaculation.
- Possible male infertility.
Diagnosis: Urine examination after ejaculation may reveal sperm in the urine.
Important: Retrograde ejaculation is generally not harmful, but it can affect fertility.
