Can't line up right. Can't stop holding. Can't cover. The Texans biggest asset has been the Giants' shitty kicker.

Actual designed play for a touchdown! Actual designed play for a touchdown!
This is a drive of falling ass backwards into chunk yardage. Let's see if they can screw it up for a touchdown.

On that To'o To'o TFL Will Anderson eats two blockers by slipping the kickout block and stoning the next blocker.

Braden Smith is the Jumbo OL. Really good work on a Woody Marks run.

Texans DT Kayden McDonald plays when I was at my fattest with S&L right as the Texans strength and conditioning coach walks by. 😂 😂 😂

Great thread by Garrett here
🧵Thread on the Texans secondary adjustments with Jalen Pitre out against Jacksonville, including film, stats and DeMeco Ryans comments.🧵 On a number of passing downs, Houston moved Kamari Lassiter inside to nickel and Tremon Smith to outside CB, an adjustment that worked out pretty well. Tremon took full advantage of the opportunity. He was extremely sticky in coverage, consistently staying tight to receivers throughout the game. His biggest blemish was allowing a chunk gain to Travis Hunter on a bender that he nearly broke up. He finished with Houston's 2nd-highest defensive grade (70.5) and a 69.7 coverage grade on 25 snaps. Really impressive performance. Kamari played well in the slot, too. His biggest blemish came on a 3rd-and-short double move by Parker Washington, where he aggressively anticipated the first-down route but nearly recovered to make the play. This cutup highlights Kamari playing nickel and includes the majority of the snaps with both him and Tremon on the field together.

There's a new leader in EPA per play vs. the blitz: C.J. Stroud and Jared Goff both overtook Brock Purdy
Replying to @SumerSports
Brock Purdy is the most efficient quarterback against the blitz, but his lead isn't as commanding as it was last week. xitter.cf/SumerSports/status/210…

Coming into Week 6, CJ Stroud was the NFL's least blitzed QB (22.1%), perhaps because he ranked 1st in success rate and 2nd in explosive play rate vs. the blitz. Jacksonville responded by blitzing him on a season high 37.1% of dropbacks. The result? Stroud went 9/13 for 68 yards and a TD vs. the blitz, and 10/11 for 118 yards and 2 TDs under pressure. He remains lights out vs. the blitz this year and effective under pressure. Per @NextGenStats & PFF.

96.9 Total QBR for C.J. Stroud in today's win over the Jags. Second-best performance by any QB this season behind Brock Purdy's Week 2 game against the Dolphins.
