This guy just works. Some get it, some dont. Keep showing up everyday @SethShigg
Seth Shigg didn’t take the break off — he used spring ball to sharpen his cornerback & special teams play, grow within the DB room, and pursue his artistic passions. From LA to BYU, he’s balancing the grind with creativity. #BYUFootball #GoCougs youtube.com/watch?v=kS8v_DTm…

I’m super proud of my youngest son, Sachio “Sauce” Shigg. He competed at the Phoenix Invitational this weekend and left his mark. Sauce took home a bronze medal in all 3 of his events. We enjoyed this weekend but back to the lab on Monday.
Let’s Go!!!
These 7-8 year old athletes have a chance to do something great this season. Our goal is to crack the national 4x400 record meter (4:52). They just ran 4:53.04. We got action! @dungeonathletics
