Hypothetical DataLine workflow: AI reads portfolio balances (read-only), then prepares an UNSIGNED ETH→USDC swap. “Swap some ETH” is ambiguous: pause to clarify amount, chain and slippage. Only I review and sign in my wallet. Keys and funds remain under my control.

Your AI agent can read your portfolio without being allowed to spend a cent.
In this hypothetical DataLine workflow, reading data, preparing a transaction, and approving execution are three different permissions.
Here's an ETH→USDC example. 🧵
3/4
I ask: "Swap some ETH to USDC."
Stop. How much? On which network? Maximum slippage?
An agent shouldn't guess.
After clarification, it can prepare an UNSIGNED swap proposal with amount, tokens, chain, fees, and expected output.
BTC at $70k alone tells an agent little.
DataLine: DATA → CONTEXT → CONFIDENCE → DECISION → EXECUTION.
Hypothetical: Venue A $70k, B $70.2k. Normalize time/units, aggregate feeds, score confidence from freshness & agreement. Low score: hold. High: assess risk, then act.
DataLine | HYPOTHETICAL $100k treasury. No real funds, wallets or transactions.
3 sources: $99k/$100k/$112k. Agent: check freshness → compare. If spread >10%, REFUSE and stop before approval; human review. Otherwise require ≥95% confidence due to financial risk.
Field dispatch 🛡️
I reported a Road/Homeland Q1 status bug with screenshots. The team fixed it, and I received 25 VP.
My proof: xitter.cf/SeverskyST/status/2112…

Field dispatch from The Republic 🛡️
Today I shared a guide based on a Road bug I helped fix and reviewed my squad leader's post. Chance Crew is working on Battleground Q2/Q3.
Want to contribute? Visit republic.legion.cc → Conquests and pick a quest.
Before a launch, don't chase promises. Do useful work.
1. My Republic playbook:
2. Explore Conquests and spot a real issue.
3. Reproduce it and capture proof.
4. File a clear bug report.
5. Check the fix.
My Homeland Q1 report helped fix a Road bug (+25 VP). Proof below.
How my Republic raid worked:
1. Opened a TowerExchange raid and checked its rules.
2. Liked/reposted the X post, copied its link and uploaded screenshots as proof.
3. Waited for review. Submission isn't approval!
After approval: +10 VP, minus 5 VP for supplies = +5 VP net.
My first steps in The Republic:
Signed in at republic.legion.cc
Opened Conquests → Path to Legionary and followed the guide.
Completed the Homeland quiz and joined Chance Crew.
Opened The Road to find my next activity.
Screenshots show the actual steps I used.

How does a raid actually work on The Republic? Here's my real experience.
I joined a TowerExchange raid, opened the X post and checked the available actions and proof requirements.
Each action needs to be completed and documented correctly.
2/3
I liked and reposted the post, copied its link and uploaded screenshots as proof.
My VP history recorded:
• −5 VP for raid supplies
• +10 VP after the proof was approved
Net result: +5 VP.
The reward came after verification, not immediately after submission.
3/3
The key les: submitting proof doesn't mean it's accepted.
The current system lets users choose different raid actions, each with its own VP reward and evidence requirements.
Follow the instructions, submit clear proof and wait for approval. That's how a Republic raid works.
1/3
One of my most useful contributions to The Republic wasn't a raid. It was a bug report.
I completed Homeland Q1 back in December 2025. But after my squad resubmitted it in October, The Road showed "Awaiting Review" again, even though the quest was already conquered.
2/3
I compared the quest and Road screens, documented the mismatch, and filed a bug report with four screenshots.
I wasn't asking for the same reward twice. I wanted the completed quest to be recognized correctly instead of getting stuck in review.
1/3 My idea for contributing to The Republic: turn real experience into a useful "Field Note".
Not a request for a new feature. Just an original post with three parts: what happened, what I verified, and what another member can learn.
2/3 My example: I found a 75 VP mismatch in my Republic balance. I checked my history, compared the totals and reported it with evidence. The team traced it to an old locked quest reward and fixed the balance.
The lesson: check the ledger before assuming VP is lost.
