Always impressed by the generosity of our community — families who turn loss into legacy.
It was uplifting to join @StevenDelDuca and @nadeem_mahmood to welcome a $100,000 donation from Asif Khan in honour of his late wife.
This donation will support STEM education for over 600 students at the new Tanya Khan Public Elementary School, a beautiful example of light in the darkness.
Canada is Chile’s largest foreign investor, with mining at the heart of our economic partnership.
Joined @fordnation, @VictorFedeli, and @Rae_Matt in welcoming Chile’s Ambassador to Canada, Jaime Baeza Freer, as we discussed efforts to expand our economic and resource partnership.
Strong alignment as we accelerate resource development to boost the $1.5 billion annual Ontario-Chile trade relationship, supported by a longstanding free-trade agreement.
Small businesses are the heart of King and Vaughan.
This #SmallBusinessWeek, Ontario is saving businesses $160 million with lower WSIB premiums, building off @ninatangri and @fordnation’s 30% small business tax cut.
Grateful to every small business owner and worker for keeping our economy strong.
A strong team delivering results for Ontario and Canada.
Looking forward to continuing to work alongside @RudyCuzzetto and @davidsmithmpp as Parliamentary Assistants to the Ministry of Energy and Mines.
Together with @Rae_Matt, we are advancing generational nuclear energy expansion, faster mining permitting, all-Canadian pipelines, and a stronger Canadian supply chain.
With continuity, renewed ambition, and a relentless focus on speed, we will build on this momentum with @fordnation to unleash our full economic potential for Ontario and for Canada.
After 25 years, @MagnaMining is bringing Sudbury’s Crean Hill mine back to life with a $127 million redevelopment.
We have created the conditions for companies like Magna to invest with confidence, accelerate mine development and create good-paying jobs.
And we will go even further, standing up for Canadian workers, our own economy, and the most ethically sourced resources on Earth.

Last year, Ontario secured an agreement that eliminated federal duplication for the roads to the Ring of Fire.
This summer, we got shovels in the ground on the roads to the Ring of Fire five years ahead of schedule.
Today, @fordnation and the Prime Minister announced that the Federal Government will match Ontario's existing $1 billion commitment to build the roads.
With tariff and trade uncertainty, this is another step forward as we advance responsible resource development that will create 70,000 good jobs and unlock $22 billion for Canada's economy.
Speed is a strength as we work to build homes and critical infrastructure faster, part of our plan to attract investment and create good-paying jobs across Ontario.
A boost to Canadian business as President Trump’s tariffs continue to threaten our economy and workers.
This is a major milestone in our plan to cut red tape and make Ontario the most competitive place in the G7 to invest and create jobs.
We’re cutting approval wait times for archaeological assessments by up to 80 per cent, giving businesses the confidence they need to invest and getting homes and infrastructure built faster.
Nobleton needed a local pub that brought us together. Restoring the old Community Hall into the Lions Den Sports Bar was exactly what we needed.
Congrats Tom, Rick, and Robert! It's for entrepreneurs just like them that we cut the small business tax rate by 30%.
Looking forward to visiting again!

Alberta voters have overwhelmingly chosen a stronger, more prosperous future for their province by remaining in Canada.
I’m thrilled by the decisive support Albertans have shown for the country we all love. Now it’s up to the rest of Canada to deliver on our commitment to Alberta by building new pipelines, unlocking our natural resources and unleashing the prosperity that will protect the future of Canadians from coast to coast to coast.

Western Ontario is an energy powerhouse.
At the @wowcinc, @samoosterhoff and I outlined our commitment to building reliable energy infrastructure to power families, farms, and businesses.
We are on a mission to build big across rural Ontario — including the Bruce C project that will create over 10,000 jobs, with 95% of investment staying in Canada.

We landed a nearly half billion dollar investment in Ontario's manufacturing supply chain as we add the equivalent of four cities of Toronto to the grid.

Productive meeting with @Telesat CEO Daniel Goldberg on strengthening Canada's satellite capabilities, expanding domestic manufacturing and connecting more Ontario communities to high-speed internet.
Telesat's network will be the first of its kind built outside the United States, giving Canada its own satellite internet.
We discussed the opportunity to advance an affordable Made-in-Canada solution, as Ontario makes real progress with 96% of the province already connected.
