A personal note...
As much as it pains me to say this, I may need to open a fundraiser to help me get through the coming months. As much as I'd love to take on commissions, I unfortunately can't accept new ones right now because my PayPal account has been permanently restricted.
I've had my account restricted five times, and each time, I've gone through identity verification and provided proof of my sales, screenshots, and everything else requested. Despite all of that, PayPal has permanently locked my account, claiming that my information couldn't be verified. My bank account is under the exact same name as my ID, so I'm honestly at a loss for words.
I'll have to go back and forth between PayPal and my bank to try to resolve this, but in the meantime, I'm left without my primary means of receiving payments. Unfortunately, Stripe isn't available in the Philippines, either.
I'm genuinely nauseous from the stress. I have outstanding bills from previous months that I couldn't fully pay, and I'm terrified of falling behind on rent to the point of facing eviction. I've been applying for jobs nonstop, and I even moved to the city hoping for better opportunities, yet somehow, things just keep getting harder.
I don't know when this streak of bad luck will finally end, but I'm trying my best to keep going. T^T
If you'd like to help me through this difficult time, support through Throne is currently the only way to send support that goes directly to my bank account. Every bit of help would mean so much while I try to get my finances back on track and figure out what to do next.
It feels awful to have to ask for help like this, especially when I'd much rather be working and earning my way through things. But right now, I'm honestly scared, and I'm doing whatever I can to keep myself afloat.
