I'm in full support of the recall of Yamhill County Commissioner Lindsay Berschauer - and this video shows what I believe to be one of the most important reasons she must go. Without multi-level campaign finance reform, local politics will stay corrupt. #RecallLindsayBerschauer

Smoke from the #GameHogFire may affect Washington and Yamhill Counties as today progresses. Here is a forecast loop from one of our smoke models. The green lines indicate where smoke is expected near ground level (thus impacting air quality). #NWORWildfires2021

I'm grateful for progress being made around the world.
I'm grateful for everyone calling out racism, structural racism & discrimination.
I'm grateful for those who don't try to blame Black people.
🙏🏾Thank you. This was an important case.

For the record, a guilty verdict for Chauvin wouldn’t be justice for George Floyd or a sign that the system in any way works. It’d just be one instance of meeting the most minimal benchmark for a society. (ie, you can’t publicly murder a citizen in broad daylight with impunity)
How is this serving the people of Oregon? We all know where this is heading, the question is - when will we, the voters of Oregon, put a stop to the undemocratic tactics of the Republican party? #RememberThisIn2022 #VoteThemOut #VoteForRepresentativesWhoShowUp

I refuse to allow your overwhelming and indisputable facts to impact my excitement for listening to a computer calmly read bills that slows down our work for strategic partisan gain. The nerve...
A friendly run of the numbers: of the 102 bills that have been voted out of committee and are awaiting a floor vote, 94 were bipartisan out of committee and 86 unanimous. #orleg

I ordered all flags at Oregon public institutions to be flown at half-staff to honor and remember the victims of the shooting in Atlanta. This violent attack and the rise in racist hate crimes against Asian communities are absolutely unacceptable and must stop. #StopAAPIHate

Everyone deserves equal protection under the law. As a mother of a nonbinary child, I shouldn’t have to worry if they are being treated fairly.
Passing the #EqualityAct in the House gets us one step closer to protecting basic civil rights for everyone.
