Ppl have no problem waiting and being patient (ie Chickfila). We all understand limited menus and items being unavailable.
But being treated like an annoyance while supporting a place and workers that directly need patronage to stay open is simply mind blowing
The level of terrible/inexcusable food service is not pandemic related or staff shortage related. It's poor management and training related. It's company culture related
