2/2 @Qantas I’m not prepared to risk my children sitting apart from me next to strangers. I’ve tried calling Qantas customer service and been told that you can’t help me.

@Qantas please tell me what I’m supposed to do if I am travelling alone with two young children with you and can’t pre book seats together (and only individual seats are available to book)? How can I avoid an issue at the airport at check in or on the plane? 1/2

There’s always lots of ships waiting at Singapore so this sight isn’t new. Have you got the stats to back this up?

@FedExHelp please can you connect me with a FedEx human in Singapore that can accept that a passport and a single A4 page in an envelope can't weigh 8kg? I've been massively overcharged and Customer Servicess won't see sense even with evidence. #exasperated

@British_Airways what a mess for those on the delayed #BA12. Hubby's connecting flight to Manchester now gets in late so can't get a train to final destination at a reasonable time but no one at #BritishAirways will to confirm that the taxi fare will be paid by the airline 1/2
