1 year ago this afternoon was the last time I saw my son alive. 6 hours later I got a call every parent fears. Should the ever be a thought in your mind that your child will do any harm to themselves please dial 988 the suicide prevention and crisis hotline for advice.

Finished 9th in the world at U20’s in Cali, Colombia.🇺🇸 Longest season of my life but grateful that god blessed me throughout the season to grow and get my mind right. Thank you @TeamUSA @KibweJohnson @CoachJonTipton and @BearkatsTFXC for the support. More hungry than ever‼️

"Get off them people's campus with that foolishness!"
If you didn't come to college to GO to college, stay home.
Please.

The lines! His radius is GLORIOUS! I've been throwing for 30 years and mine ain't nowhere near this good!
He's 11 years old, by the way... 💪🏽

I saw another coach do this and I liked it so I'm doing what all good coaches do...I'm stealing it!
If you are a HS Track and Field coach please follow me and retweet this post! I want to build relationships with you and your athletes! Help me reach as many coaches as possible!

🚨ENERGY🚨
I love when I see @orphantrack at the same Invitational@as my throwers. @ChysBrown brings a unique energy to the throw group. He is the athlete that is encouraging others, keeps the flight of throwers energetic and he’s super funny! 🔥🙌🏽 – at Roxana, IL
Shells Thrower @ashtonnoble_ placed 2nd in the IHSA Class 2A Discus Event and fellow southern illinois region thrower @ChysBrown placed 3rd.
Chys is the IHSA 2A Shot Put Champion. CONGRATULATIONS CHYS!!!
Both Chys and Ashton are Juniors. Class of 2023 will dominate next year!

The moment when @ChysBrown busted out in the arm wave in the middle of warm ups. @ashtonnoble_ was either impressed or entertained. Either way, throwers do the funniest things when they're getting focused for warm ups. It was definitely worth the photo opp. lol

Well… if you dont work the toe board like this… what are you even doing with your life? lol #shotput #trackandfield #7thGrade
🚨WORK THE TOE BOARD🚨
7th Grade Shells Thrower Zane Losch broke the toe board at the IESA sectional meet at North Mac HS.
The track meet has stopped until the toe board gets fixed.🛠
