DEMOCRATIC STRATEGIC MISTAKE: Democrats will now hold ridiculous impeachment hearings which will go nowhere because you don't have a super majority and you can get rid of the filibuster but the Constitution protects the supermajority regarding an impeachment so Trump's going nowhere.
So you're going to look like idiots for the two next years trying to impeach Trump. You won't get any legislation passed unless you have to make a deal with Trump and Trump will claim he forced your hand to make the deal the way he wanted so it'll appear he won.
In the meantime you will destroy the states that you have gotten control of enough within 24 months to most likely turn the whole country against you just in time for the....

James Talarico got more 'votes' than any Democrat candidate has EVER gotten in Texas history. He got 500,000 more 'votes' than Kamala Harris got two years ago in a Presidential election year. The demographics of Texas have not changed significantly in two years.
You can talk about gas prices, or Iran, or Trump's personality until the cows come home, this still seems ... odd, to say the least.

The previous record for most Texas 'votes' for a Democrat was for Joe Biden in 2020 who got 129,000 FEWER 'votes' than Talarico has gotten so far (they're still counting) and that was the Presidential election year in which Joe Biden got 81 MILLION total 'votes.'

While last night’s outcome was not what we worked so hard for, I am incredibly grateful to my husband, John, and our family, our dedicated volunteers, individual donors, supporters, and over 100,000 Granite Staters who believed in our campaign.
I ran a clean grassroots campaign in NH02, we are proud of what we have done together. I came to America in pursuit of freedom and the American Dream, and I will never stop fighting for those principles.
Our campaign was about giving hardworking Granite Staters a voice, restoring affordability, and holding Washington accountable. For me, that fight does not end with this election.
My goal was never about winning a seat in government. It is always has been about keeping America the Republic I came here for 38 years ago. I will never let my new beloved country to fall because I have no place to go after USA.
New Hampshire is a very special state with Live Free or Die spirit. John’s ancestors who fought in the American Revolution are buried here in Charlestown. We live in Weare, the home of Pine Tree Riot.
I may not ever run for federal office again, but do not be surprised if you hear from me in the near future. I will always fight to keep the spirit of liberty alive in the Granite State!
