why am I so bullish on video content?

that's why I wasn't active for 3 days last week
my brother came to visit, and we spent those 3 days just enjoying life
everyone on CT keeps saying:
> lock in
> work harder
> no days off
I love what I do, and I consider myself a hard worker
but I need days off
I need breaks
that's how I come back with new ideas, motivation, and actually enjoy doing this long term
what do you think?
should creators take regular breaks or stay locked in as much as possible?
