Goddard did a phenomenal job particularly in the Grant Dawson fight where he stopped Aliev from finishing the fight with illegal back of the head strikes. We need more of that @marcgoddard_uk good work man

Ich persönlich halte die Russland-Politik der AfD unter Alice Weidel für ein hohes sicherheitspolitisches Risiko für die Bundesrepublik Deutschland.
Man kann nicht dem Aggressor permanent entgegenkommen, seine Interessen über die der Ukraine stellen und die Verteidigung der Angegriffenen als „Herumstochern im Auge des Bären“ verharmlosen und dann erwarten, dass Russland dafür nicht weiter eskaliert und Deutschland verschont bleibt.
Wer Putins Angriffskrieg politisch belohnt, lädt ihn ein.
Das ist kein Ausgleich, das ist Kapitulation auf Raten.
Wohin führen uns Weidel, die AfD und ein Journalismus, der den Aggressor zum „großen Bären“ erklärt, den man besser nicht reizt und die Verteidigung der Ukraine zum Problem macht?
Direkt in die Abhängigkeit von Putin.

Honestly was hoping this league would be delayed. This launching in between wow forever and gta6 (and poe2 1 month after) is going to make this such a short lived league, which is a shame if it's suppose to be The endgame patch.
I also really dislike how they keep launching both patches within 1 month of each other, if they're on 4 month cycles wouldn't 2 months between both games just be better?

I’d like to offer some clarity on this as I believe it’s a teachable moment & gives insight into what we are doing as officials to overcome certain obstacles.
As referees we go over the rules one to one with fighters in the back before the fight begins, here we specifically cover potential eyes pokes. If you watch you will hear me warn CLD in round one for outstretched fingers toward the face. I then again, before the start of the next round, ask him to be careful & mindful of the hands. It is then when the eye poke occurs do I take definitive action.
CLD is a credit to the sport of MMA & an exceptional athlete. There’s so much more,
mechanically to addressing eye pokes in MMA both preventatively (before the action) and correctively (after the action) it is very hard to expect an athlete to change 20 years of training & habit with a few minutes of conversation pre fight. Just know that both myself and my colleagues know it is a firm priority to address & fix this.
