Getting back to #bjj (after weeks off) takes mental motivation (and at this age, a good knee brace) I’m sure that listening to podcasts from @joerogan @jockowillink and @TimKennedyMMA had something to do with it. It’s gonna be uncomfortable and that is GOOD.

I think @lexfridman is a great podcaster. I was reviewing some of his work and he gets stuff out of me that no one else has. Further, he generally does it without ego, without aggression and without simply acquiescing.
