If you can’t make yourself wear a mask to protect disabled people, why do you think anyone else is going to care to protect YOU if it involves even minor discomfort or social friction? The people you discard today are the allies you’re missing from YOUR fight a month from now.

“Teachers are cops” “Doctors are cops” *me a disabled person knowing at any point asking the wrong question of the wrong person, or seeming a little confused, can have you thrown in a conservatorship, stripped of autonomy, money, your home and potentially voting rights: 👀

The phrase “if you cared, you would [remember, notice, be on time, listen, etc]” is so funny because I care so much it hurts but I just can’t change the behavior because that’s not how my brain works. And by “so funny” I mean “utterly devastating.”

I am once again suggesting that companies should pay a higher tax rate, based on the difference between executive pay and average employee pay. CEOs should not be getting millions, when employees aren't even getting a living wage. The company should be taxed more if they are!

Thank you to all of the ableists falling all over themselves to boost my ADHD thread with their interactions to tell me I’m wrong and lazy and making excuses 😘 you’re making it much easier for it to reach the people who need to hear it!

It’s day two of a semi-viral thread and if I wanted to be citing sources and arguing with ignorant people, I would have gone to grad school, not posted on Twitter. You can pay me to track them down, or you can keep getting dunked on 😁

N95's are easier to breath through than surgical masks. Because they don't press against your mouth. This led to countless people being hurt, disabled, chronically ill, and dying. We might have gotten Covid under control had we actually tried to get people to properly mask.

We need a medical system that actually tries to find answers, not just gaslights patients about what they're experiencing.
26 year old Canadian girl suffering excruciating stomach pain was tested for Celiac & gluten allergy, but despite pushing for more tests, it wasn’t until an emergency colonoscopy discovered a large tumor and Stage 4 Colon Cancer, giving her a 3 year life expectancy.

People saying “well what did she think would happen” are the ones we need to weed out from society man. She expected the driver to have some basic empathy for life. What did she do that warranted her death?
22 years ago today, American activist Rachel Corrie was crushed to death by an Israeli bulldozer as she tried to stop the demolition of a Palestinian home in Gaza.

As someone who was locked up as a child. Can confirm all of these people are cops. They all have contributed to my incarceration as a child. The teachers used to lock me in their “cubby hole” with a lock on the outside & denied me help + IEPs
I think another thing that's throwing people off on these conversations about teachers, doctors, social workers, etc., being cops is that most people haven't unpacked that, like cops, these professions have propaganda to tell you their job is to help you when it is not.

- in 2020 people weren't faking tourette's, there was an increase in tic disorders - dont get me started on "DID fakers" - you can't really fake psychosis. it's just not something people do. - autism occurs in 1/68 of people, and it's very underdiagnosed

The negligence and the lack of knowledge about airborne transmission this many years into the pandemic is a choice. Top down education, clean air and airborne infection control should’ve been implemented for years now. Hospitals serving as a measles vector is a state failure
The latest on the Lubbock children's hospital that is treating a significant number of measles cases is that they are only requiring masks on the first and second floor. I guess the kids in their PICU (3rd floor) don't need protection. kcbd.com/2025/03/15/nbc-news…

If our corporate overlords are willing to slaughter Palestinian children for profit, then they're willing to slaughter your children for profit too. It's not that difficult to understand.

A lot of people are using ketamine to control for disabling symptoms, including and not limited to long covid, so I would rather talk about disability justice and harm reduction rather than the tired "drugs, bad".

The let er rip Covid strategy has killed 20 million people and disabled at least 400 million more. But sure, let’s just let bird flu spread. A disease known to have a much higher fatality rate in humans and is dangerously close to mutating for optimal human to human spread.

Netanyahu was supposed to be giving testimony in his corruption trial today. He managed to suspend this by massacring more than 400 Palestinians. Did your goto news channels inform you of this?
