I want to let all of you who follow me here that this year’s pre-game show is 30 minutes rather than an hour and we will not be taking phone calls on the air. You can still submit questions however here on X @Shocker Voice and we will answer as many as we can
Thank you to everyone who reached out with birthday wishes and kind words today. Seeing your names has reminded me of how many special people I have been blessed to know over all these years.

Big day for me today - the last of my 28 radiation treatments. There will still be monitoring over the next few months to make sure things are as they should be, but it’s a big step. Thank you to so many for lifting me up with your prayers and kind thoughts throughout this.
Because of the limited number of characters on this platform, I feel my thank you to everyone last night was woefully inadequate. I told Debbie I now know how George Bailey feels when everyone rallies behind him in It’s A Wonderful Life. I have never felt more blessed.
The response on here toward my announcement earlier this evening has been overwhelming. There is no way to respond to, or thank, everyone I have heard from individually but please know how much every single one of your messages mean to me. I am forever grateful for your support.

Happy Birthday to an @GoShockers @GoShockersBSB legend, who needs no introduction or qualification…and only an occasional disclaimer!
