The coming fight in American healthcare is not really between doctors and artificial intelligence.
It is actually between two institutional visions of AI.
In one, AI gives physicians back the time and autonomy that industrial medicine has taken away. It reads records, reconciles medications, drafts notes, identifies care gaps, anticipates complications, and helps clinicians see patterns across years of fragmented data. The doctor has more time to examine the patient, reason through uncertainty, explain choices, and accept responsibility for the final decision.
In the other vision, AI becomes the insurance industry's most powerful administrative weapon: a machine that can deny, delay, demand documentation, narrow treatment pathways, and turn every clinical encounter into a contest over authorization and payment. Insurance may finally be able to control the clinical delivery of care itself using opaque proprietary care models and significantly expanding its foothold beyond the 20 percent medical loss they are currently allowed. Only AI can be in network while other doctors are not. So effectively Insurance can control everything.
The technology may be the same. The governing incentives are not.
For years, American medicine has been told that every new layer of administration would improve quality while lowering cost. Some of us may remember the namesake of the authors of the article below in JAMA also pushed for ACA as the panacea. Electronic records were supposed to create interoperability. Prior authorization was supposed to prevent waste. Managed care was supposed to align incentives. More billing codes were supposed to create precision. Instead, physicians inherited a system in which an extraordinary share of clinical effort is spent proving that care was necessary to organizations that were not present in the examination room.
AI could make that burden disappear. Or it could make it exponential.
These are the strategic forces. I will write more about how the doctors must respond later tonight.
Game mostly over for human doctors vs. AI? @ZekeEmanuel @AbeBakerButler @nealkhosla and I just published in @JAMA_current. Some, like @Bob_Wachter, contend AI-only care will be medicine’s “economy class.” We disagree. In cognitive medical functions, AI alone medical care is likely to be better than physician-only or physician-AI hybrid care.
@DrOz @1klomp time for @CMSGov @CMSinnovates to take note: Will Autonomous AI Exceed AI-Aided Physicians as the Best Medical Care?

The saddest part is the conquered/enslaved like Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Africans, Central Asians are now fully brainwashed and willing to die for a cult that oppressed their ancestors.
It only takes two generation to be forcefully converted. Every generation after that is born into it.
As AI solves many serious unsolved research level problems all using floating point numbers Prof Raju has been proven right!

Mathematics is NOT universal.
Colonialism brought Western ethnomathematics, different from ganita, which prevailed in India ___before colonialism.
Different even at the level of 1+1= 2.
In ganita children learn one plus 1+1= 2, using observation, as you were taught in kindergarten. (pic1)
In axiomatic math brought by colonialism, observation is prohibited as explained in the previous class 9 text (p. 301, pic2)
Hence, Bertrand Russell foolishly took 378 pages to prove 1+1=2, That page 378 (pic3) is beyond the understanding of most people, because colonial education DELIBERATELY made us mathematically illiterate, as we will see in more detail later.

😰 So Euclid is a lie? A few years ago I would have laughed you off as a lunatic with a conspiracy theory but these days the amount of contrary evidence I have researched in other topics makes me realize anything is possible
Euclid was fake.

Busting Euclid.
He is a fictional character introduced by the west to claim Greek lineage of great legacy of Al-Uqlidisi.
Son of Syria and friend of India whose lone surviving manuscript from 1157 titled "Hindu Mathematics" is never talked about. Never told to you.
I will bust this in three parts.
Part 1:
The Forgotten Pioneer of Decimal Fractions: Al-Uqlidisi
In the annals of mathematical history, certain figures stand out not just for their contributions but also for the mystery that shrouds their lives. One such enigmatic figure is Al-Uqlidisi, an innovative mathematician who is known to us exclusively through two surviving manuscripts on arithmetic. Despite the limited information on his life, Al-Uqlidisi's work has sparked an enduring scholarly debate, highlighting his significant, though underappreciated, role in the history of science.
The Manuscripts That Revealed a Genius
Al-Uqlidisi authored "Kitab al-fusul fi al-hisab al-Hindi," a groundbreaking manuscript that serves as the earliest known work to present the Hindu numeral system. The title literally means "Book of Principles of Hindu Mathematics". The only surviving copy dates back to 1157, with an English translation revealing Al-Uqlidisi's extensive travels and his interactions with mathematicians across the lands. His preface asserts that he perused all available arithmetic literature, a claim that underscores his comprehensive knowledge in the field. Yet, aside from these gleanings and the fact that he penned his work in Damascus around 952-53, little is known of his personal journey.
A Practical Approach to Ancient Arithmetic
Al-Uqlidisi's treatise is more than just an introduction to Hindu numerals; it is a testament to their practical applications. He fervently argues that the ease and immediacy of the system, coupled with the minimal effort it requires for mastery, make it an invaluable tool akin to the instruments essential to a writer, an artisan, or a knight. His writings convey a pragmatic view of mathematics: as a science and practice readily accessible and devoid of unnecessary complexities.
A Four-Part Mathematical Masterpiece
Structured into four comprehensive sections, Al-Uqlidisi's treatise systematically unfolds the Hindu-Arabic numeral system and its operations. The first part serves as a primer, familiarizing readers with numerals and the concept of place value, and details operations on integers and fractions. The second section delves into the adaptation of pre-existing mathematical methods to the Indian system, like the method of casting out nines—a technique for checking calculations that is still taught today.
The Pedagogy of a Presumed Teacher
The third segment of the treatise is particularly telling of Al-Uqlidisi's pedagogical prowess. It anticipates the queries and confusions of a beginning student, providing answers to foundational questions that only an experienced teacher could foresee. This foresight offers the strongest hint at Al-Uqlidisi's possible role as an educator, deeply attuned to the learning curve of his students.
Innovation Beyond the Dust Board
The final part of the treatise is historically significant, as Al-Uqlidisi claims the distinction of modifying the Indian methods previously used with a dust board for pen and paper. This adaptation was revolutionary, marking a significant shift in mathematical practice. Al-Uqlidisi's work predated others in the direct treatment of decimal fractions, an area where he was once overshadowed by later mathematicians like Stevin and al-Kashi. However, detailed studies, such as those by Saidan, have reinstated Al-Uqlidisi's rightful place as a pioneer, revealing that his contributions to the world of mathematics were far more profound than previously recognized.
In reflecting on Al-Uqlidisi's legacy, it is clear that his intellectual pursuits have laid a foundation that would resonate through centuries, influencing the very fabric of mathematical learning and application. Through his foresight and innovative methods, Al-Uqlidisi not only navigated the complexities of his time but also charted a course for future generations to explore the vast and intricate universe of numbers.

In this 2013 interview, in the aftermath of Westgate terrorist attack in Kenya that had just massacred civilians in a shopping mall, and before she ran for Congress, @IlhanMN endorses the interviewer’s framing of terrorism as a reaction. She says it's the "byproduct," of "our involvement in other people's affairs." We should ask, she says, what it is about our actions "that makes another react."
She also objects to the way non-Arabic speakers pronounce names like "Al-Qaeda" with undue intensity, arguing that they do it because they want the word to "carry weight."
It's remarkable how she says don't generalize from terrorists to Muslims, but do generalize from Western foreign policy and western media to explain the terrorists.

@grok please check if the following is true:
The Israeli intelligence agency Mossad has revealed in its intelligence report:
Kakroach Dhruv Rathee, who is running an anti-Modi, anti-BJP, anti-RSS, and anti-Sanatan campaign by posing as a Hindu, is actually a Muslim! His real name is Badru Rashid, full name Badaruddin Rashid Lahori. He was born in Lahore, Pakistan.
His wife Julie (whose name resembles one from Christianity) is also a Pakistani Muslim, whose real name is Julekha. They live in the notorious global gangster Dawood Ibrahim's secret luxurious bungalow in Karachi, where they are provided Y+ and Z+ security by the ISI and the Pakistani army.
Badru Rashid (Dhruv Rathee) receives funding from Pakistan, China, Dubai, Maldives, Canada, Russia, Turkey, and Pandora. Sometimes through George Soros's accounts as well. But now this anti-Hindu and anti-India element has been exposed.
An appeal to all Sanatanis: Please share this revelation as much as possible and expose the truth about Badru Rashid/Dhruv Rathee in the interest of our country.🇮🇳

Also, in the clinic, blood draw insurance pays $2.
If the clinic is hospital-owned, the reimbursement is above $45!
If the blood draw is done by a robot, the planned reimbursement is $123.57!
AI is getting the abundance to the middlemen.
AI snake oil men….
keep promising some magical abundance while ignoring economics, the government, and human behavior.
Cheaper to produce doesn’t mean anyone will charge less.
And if government pays a hospital more for an AI add-on than the physician actually reading the scan, that tells how how screwed up government price setting is.
