Over 150,000 people backed Reform UK in Greater Manchester.
Well done for your efforts across this campaign, @SianReform.
You are an asset to our party and there is no doubt you will play a big part in its future. 👏
Thank you Hannah for some great questions and being patient with my 15hr tired brain at 11.30pm last night!

🚨 NEW: The Greater Manchester Mayoral election has gone to the second round after none of the candidates reached over 50% of the votes
Labour's Bev Craig and Reform UK's Sian Astley are the two candidates left
There is still time to vote Reform in Greater Manchester today.
If you’re considering it, then ask yourself just one question. Have you really seen your life improve under Labour?
How does your high street look? Have you actually seen the investment that Labour claim they’ve made across the region?
If you’re living in one of GM’s outer boroughs, chances are you’ve seen next to nothing.
Instead, you’ve seen HMOs pop up in your community that house dangerous men - like the Sudanese man caught with a knife and hatchet at a local school.
Instead, you’ve seen your high street taken over by dodgy vape shops and chicken shops instead of the local businesses you grew up with.
You might feel unsafe now, hardly ever seeing a police officer out on patrol. Maybe you don’t feel safe walking home after dark.
You’ve probably seen your local pubs close under the massive weight of Labour’s taxes.
I’m here to offer something different. I’m here because Greater Manchester deserves a Mayor who can deliver for the whole of the county.
We need someone with experience building things. We need someone who knows that success is built on strong foundations rather than empty promises.
That’s why I’ll tackle the issues that Labour have relentlessly ignored.
I’ll open the files on the grooming gangs.
I’ll deliver housing that works for local people first.
I’ll build the toughest police force in Britain and triple stop and search.
I’ll stop the development of new migrant HMOs that plague our towns.
I’ll build sensibly and protect our green belt from crazy new developments.
I’ll invest in towns and high streets across GM.
I’ll stop the war on motorists and end the GMCA’s net zero obsession.
The interests of residents will be at the forefront of every decision I ever make. If you want to see a Greater Manchester, then make sure you vote Reform if you haven’t done so already.
If you vote Reform, you get Reform.
Pubs are the beating hearts of our communities. They are suffocating under Labour’s taxes.
When we lose them, they’re gone forever. This is how I’ll support small businesses across Greater Manchester.
It’s polling day. This is your chance to set Greater Manchester in a new positive direction.
Make sure you get to the polling station by 10pm, bring your ID and vote Reform!
Well done to the police officer who bravely tackled this illegal.
The man was armed and posed an active risk to decent people.
The fact that he was housed in a local HMO is disgraceful. This is why people feel so unsafe.
Labour have utterly failed us. As Mayor, I’ll fight tooth and nail to stop the development of the HMOs that house men like this.
My campaign has been all about putting the concerns of residents first. The other parties don’t even know what they are.
I’ve spoken to so many of you on the campaign trail and that’s what I’ll continue to do as Mayor.
If you want a Mayor that will actually listen and drive the radical change that you’re asking for, then vote for me when the polls open tomorrow.
Labour changed Greater Manchester’s voting system. Confused? You’re not alone!
This is how it works. Make sure you put me down as your first preference if you don’t want to see a Green or Labour Mayor.
Career politicians have absolutely no clue how the real world works.
I’ve spent my life in property and I know how figures stack up. I’m the only candidate who can say that.
If you want a housing expert to deliver the results we need, then vote for me when the polls open tomorrow.
One of Greater Manchester’s most beautiful views is under threat. Hyde just cannot cope with these plans.
Over 8,000 people have signed a petition to stop the new Godley Green Garden Village. They’ve been ignored.
Once we’ve lost our green belt, it’s gone forever. Here’s what I’ll do as Mayor to protect it.
Our outer boroughs are decaying because Labour have no idea what communities need.
Money is wasted and people are left behind. That’s why I’ll be getting out the boardroom and actually speaking to people.
Polling day is on Thursday. The choice is simple.
Do you want more of the same or a new start? Another career politician, or a builder who’s here to deliver?
GM needs a shake-up and that’s what I’m here to do. Vote for me if you want to see a Greater Manchester.
Vandalism and open drug-taking. That’s what the residents of Dukinfield have to deal with every day.
Labour have destroyed our police force. Many parts of Greater Manchester are frankly lawless.
Here’s what I’ll do to take back control of our streets and keep people safe.
Places like the Bury market are decaying because local authorities simply won’t act. The Market Hall closure has forced traders out into limbo and nothing is being done.
As Mayor, I’ll bring a different approach. I’ll ensure that decisions are made quickly and that investment prioritises the lives of residents first.
Instead of vanity projects, we need investment that helps communities thrive.
I have said from the outset of my campaign that I will be a Mayor who is totally fair and I meant it.
I have just arrived at The Mill debate in Manchester to see the independent Candidate Marcus Farmer being refused entry. He was not even invited to the hustings. He has emailed The Mill several times.
I interjected and requested that he be allowed to participate, and both the LibDem and Green candidates agreed. But The Mill still refused him entry.
Their response when asked was that it was incumbent on him to ask to participate, but no other candidate had to ask.
When Marcus became frustrated at the situation, they accused him of being intimidating. I didn’t find him intimidating at all.
If we can’t all participate in a fair, inclusive, democratic debate, then none of us should.
So on that basis, I’m out.
1250 houses on a green belt area. Residents are furious and Labour is ignoring them.
Once our green belt is gone, it’s gone forever. As Mayor, I’ll stand up for the interests of local people and ensure we prioritise brownfield sites for building.
