I grew up playing the classics of the 80s/90s and this game is very much inspired by them in terms of mechanics and feel. Along with that, I have taken the visual style in a bit of a bold and radical direction. I really wanted to capture the chaos and intensity of battle with this game, so it is definitely a lot flashier than the usual shmup game but I have made many rounds of tweaks to make the threats as readable as possible among the chaos. My hope is that, between the tight controls, simplicity, non-stop action and striking visuals, one can have a blast while playing this.
