Well this is nice!
We’re blown away to have won Best Show at this year’s @bhamfest! A lot of hard work and a few giant leaps of faith turned out to be so, so worth it.
Thank you!

When I take my seat up to six times a day in fringe venues over the coming days, I will remind myself that every show is a miracle. But theatre should not have to rely on miracles; we need investment. thestage.co.uk/opinion/edinb…
I’m trying to move off here, for reasons that need little explanation (but see pic if you really need a helpful analogy). I’ll just have to ride the faff.
Setting up on Bluesky, would love to see you over there too!

The world is very heavy right now.
Buy a stranger a coffee today, don’t tweet that angry thing, tell someone they look great, do something for someone for no reward, just a little happiness.

It's crazy to think that the last two #edfringe I have worked for Greenside venues, meeting folk and chatting what I can assume seemed like waffle about how I'm gonna a bring a play up.
Now I'm actually doing it as an award winning playwright. Madness that!

"Sensitive, true-to-life writing of this kind is rare, and to be so authentically embodied in a solo performance, even more so."
