Every once in a while I'll find that /somehow/ the song that Prince Wu sings to direct the badgermoles in #LegendOfKorra is just playing in my head on repeat.

the ADHD urge to turn a small task into an overly-ambitious project, only to get so overwhelmed/intimidated by the massive undertaking that you abandon it and never return

Got myself and iPad/Pencil with some gift card money I'd saved up and picked up Procreate. I have to admit, this is definitely the best drawing tablet experience I've had—to my surprise. (I thought it would be nice but not this big an improvement in feel.)
I got diagnosed with ADHD just over two months ago and have been medicated since. It's wild the little things I still keep realizing were from that and not something else being wrong with me.
Like how much I struggle to wake up fully even with obnoxious alarms.
ADHD—Who knew!

Watching @CriticalRole for the past several months has helped me so much in my growth and understanding as a DM. @BrennanLM's Calamity special made "Yes, and" / "No, but" FINALLY click for me.
Today I took what I learned from them, the Lazy DM Guide, and @mattcolville's
🧵
Anyway, I'm just so happy and honestly proud of myself and how far I've come in the past year, and I really couldn't have gotten to this level of comfort without all those folks and their projects. If you actually see this: thank you so much.
