While the Ontario government sits on billions of unspent healthcare money, it is estimated that about 11,000 Ontarians have died while waiting for surgeries, MRIs, and CT scans in the past year.
And there could be more given the nursing crisis and increased privatization of healthcare. What is the way forward? @fordnation #onpoli

BREAKING: Premier Doug Ford directly contradicts the AG report into his gov't Greenbelt dealing.
"No one had preferential treatment," Ford claims.
The AG specifically says developers handed the government packages of land to remove -- and the gov't complied.

POWER TRIP’s Riley Gale would have turned 37 today.
He had an inclusive political stance and vocals like a sledgehammer - he was a beloved figure in the hardcore thrash metal world.
And of course delivered searing live performances including the playing the hell out of my living room a few years back.

That time John Prine told a story in my living room about meeting his songwriting hero at Toronto’s Riverboat Cafe in Yorkville around 1971. The Riverboat was legendary for the artists that came through - Joni Mitchell, Neil Young, John Lee Hooker, Simon and Garunkel and that songwriting hero - Gordon Lightfoot.
Gordon recently had to call off his tour dates this year due to health-related issues. Wishing him all the best.

Okay, Ontario, we mustn't take our attention off Doug Ford and his daughter taking money from developers to destroy the #Greenbelt. We cannot afford to be distracted by John Tory.
Doug Ford is the real scandal.
