'“Switch on my tower of sunshine / When super-villains come my way” is a rather beautiful self-esteem enhancing mantra.'
Keep saying it...
Love this review of our single 'Tower of Sunshine' written by Neil Laurenson, at the brilliant @SlapMagUK
The first reviews are in...
"If Gang of Four had tried to match George Clinton’s 80s output, they might have conjured something as thrillingly funky as Tower of Sunshine".
Thank you SLAP Mag!

It really is wonderful to hear Silverlake's 'Tower of Sunshine' at the top of John Cavanagh's 'Soundwave'. It feels like a badge of honour to be included on this brilliant show. Thanks John.

Forty years ago this spring, we unleashed the first Very Things single, 'The Gong Man'. It's never been available digitally, but has been remastered and is now on all platforms. The EP includes both tracks and an extra live version of 'The Gong Man'.
