Astoundingly awful ‘service’ this morning @northernassist. It’s pretty stressful trying to get to work. When is this dire situation going to improve. It impacts thousands of people on a daily basis. @TracyBrabin? @Heidi_Labour? @bevcraig?
Absolute bedlam at Manchester Victoria. Trains running to Mytholmroyd all delayed or cancelled. No information or updates given at all. No one from @northernassist has a clue what’s going on. Another MASSIVE fail. Come on @Heidi_Labour @TracyBrabin @bevcraig we’ve all had enough!

Yet again, EVERY train delayed. And the ticket machine at Mytholmroyd (Plstfrom 1) is still broken after over a week of reporting. The (Really Not) Great British Rail Shambles, starring @northernassist, trundles on and inconvenienced thousands of paying customers.

Okay, @northernassist, what on earth is happening with the 1944 Preston to Hebden Bridge service? I’m sat on the train in the station but apparently we aren’t leaving for 30 minutes. Shambles once again.

Anyone who was forced to pay for alternative travel or overnight accommodation due to @northernassist's total failure to deal with Storm Claudia on the 14th Nov, can claim back expenses incurred here - northernrail.my.site.com/s/m…. Maybe drop @Heidi_Labour a note about it too...
