It's my last day in the @FCDOGovUK almost 36 years after I joined. I have met people, visited places and been witness to events that I could never have dreamed of & it's been the most enormous privilege to serve my country & to work with such committed & collaborative colleagues.

A real privilege and pleasure to accompany my good friend, the exceptionally experienced (and effortlessly engaging) Professor Dapo Akande, 🇬🇧 candidate for the ICJ, to High Level Week at the UN 🇺🇳 in NYC 🍎 🇺🇸. Definitely one of the better gigs in my 36 year long career...
