On the phone yesterday with @AmericanAir trying to cancel a flight to SXSW the agent said they are not refunding fares because their CEO had a meeting with @realDonaldTrump at the @WhiteHouse and He said it’s safe to fly. Thanks American BTW @JetBlue gave a full refund.
