🗣️ Tim Sherwood on Manchester United fans: “I was so impressed with the Man United fans yesterday when I saw them cheering Michael Carrick, and as soon as he disappeared down the tunnel, they booed the players. The players deserved every boo they got yesterday. None of them came out of there with any credit. They need to get together in that dressing room, and they need to realise they're playing for the biggest club in the world and need to represent that shirt, because at the moment, what they're delivering on the pitch is a disgrace.” [@SkySportsNews]

But if the people who make the decisions at Manchester United reject Antonio Conte as their next head coach because he can be unpleasant to work with, then it says much more about them than it does him."
