Replying to @francemothers
And let’s not forget on Oprah’s last season when she invited them back and she said “You seem Gayer” Carlos King had to tell her it was indeed offensive and she was NOT tryna accept that 😂

Who is a coward ?? I would define a coward as a person tweeting from the same house , two doors down from me. Next time let’s do our job and bring it to my front door REAL TIME. That’s how it’s done in Rhoa
Don’t sit and my face and play like you don’t what I’m talking about. You want a reaction you can have it. Say it to my face or be a quiet coward.

This #MLKDay, remember my father by: Amplifying and advocating for the end of state-sanctioned and facilitated violence against Black and Brown immigrants and against people, period. Speaking up for people who are suffering genocide in Sudan. Palestine, Congo, and other nations. Calling and writing your Congresspersons in support of democracy as opposed to dictatorship. Supporting policies to eradicate poverty (higher minimum wage, affordable housing, etc) Learning the truth about and challenging anti-Black racism, which is still prevalent in healthcare, media, lending practices, the criminal “justice” system, etc. #MLK #MartinLutherKingJr #MLKDay2026

As Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. taught us, darkness cannot drive out darkness, and hate cannot drive out hate. Only light and love can do that. So today, let’s remember our responsibilities to march hand in hand, to stand peacefully with dignity and purpose in the ongoing fight for justice. To organize. To mobilize. To vote. To believe, no matter how far away the mountaintop might feel, it is in our capacity to change our communities and our country for the better.

Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. dedicated his life fighting for equity and justice. He taught us that even in the face of intimidation and discrimination, we must never stop working towards a better future – a lesson that feels especially relevant today. Change has never been easy. It takes persistence and determination, and requires all of us to speak out and stand up for what we believe in. As we honor Dr. King today, let’s draw strength from his example, and do our part to build on his legacy.

Join me in honoring my mother, #CorettaScottKing, this #MLKDay. I’m grateful for her commitment to freedom, true peace, justice, and nonviolence. I’m inspired by her love for humanity, her faith in God, and her consistency to purpose. Without her, there would be no federal holiday commemorating my father’s birthday. And The King Center, which she founded less than three months after Daddy was assassinated, would not exist. Salute, Mama. #MLKDay2026 #MLK #TheKingCenter #MartinLutherKingJr
