WE DID IT. ⚡💙 💛 @HCPSLambES is officially an A School! The journey began August 2022 with a low D and a vision to change the narrative. This wasn't luck. It was faith and a commitment to excellence. Just a kid from Grand Coteau leading the way. #GodDidIt🙏🏾 #Lead2Inspire

Honored to share @HCPSLambES journey to an A. This moment belongs to our incredible students and staff. The grade is worth celebrating, but our mission remains the same: giving every child the very best, every single day. The best is yet to come.

School Leaders:
Leadership isn't measured by how quickly we identify weaknesses but by how we develop people.
Before we write off a rookie teacher, ask:
WHAT DID WE DO TO HELP THEM SUCCEED?
A first year should be about support, not survival.

At a time when some would rather erase parts of our history, Juneteenth calls us to remember, reflect, and confront the truth. Honoring the past is essential to creating opportunity for all.
