Hot Take: Jeff's Superstar Search Event idea isn't bad, it's just totally wrong executed. The idea with going to Times Square/Hellfire Beach is actually nice. I know Events like this one, are designed to make people log in daily. BUT... 1 Star per day is TERRIBLE, especially since this Event is only 22 days and not 28 days like Jeff's Dream Eater Event Pass (even tho both are connected). 3 Rewards for 10 days isn't enough to make people log-in to the game daily. Especially not 10 days a row (or 10 out of 22 days) for an Animated Nameplate. Just an Example: Give people 20 Units and 10 Molecules for every Star (200 Units and 100 Molecules total). Put 1 Emote where Jeff sleeps and 1 Mood that looks like a Star in it. Ofc, these Rewards would still be underwhelming, but would probably make people more likely to log in. A Spray, Title and Animated Nameplate for 10 days just isn't enough. Personally, I can't wait to get the Dreamscape Nameplate in a few hours (!) and I also enjoy the Spray and Title. I mean, I couldn't care less if this Event is going 22 or 14 days. I log in daily anyways. But I log in to play the game (!), not to claim these Rewards. I put in a lot of money in this Game, which is giving the devs a clear sign that they got me (Because that's how Business works). They don't design these types of Events for people who're Actively playing and spending regularly Money on the Game. They design these Events for players who aren't/can't be that Active and probably don't spend too much or any Money per season. Make people log in for freebies -> will make them log in more regularly -> will make people more likely to spend some or more money. But with Rewards like THIS and this specific TIME-GATE will DEFINITELY NOT bring the Money in!
