You will now be notified via email whenever a new lead is captured with the SiteGPT.ai chatbot 🥳. How to enable it : 1. Go to Dashboard --> Settings --> General 2. Turn on the "Enable Lead Notifications" toggle, that's it. Now, whenever we capture a new lead through SiteGPT, all the chatbot team members will receive an email notification with all the lead details. Bonus: If you want to perform some actions for all new leads programmatically, our webhooks feature will help you do it. To use it, go to Dashboard --> Settings --> Webhooks --> Add "Leads Webhook URL". You will get a webhook with all the lead details whenever a new lead is captured. Go ahead and try it out. And give us your feedback on how we can improve the experience even more.

This is a very clever use of @SiteGPT API. You can send an email to a configured email address and @SiteGPT can reply with an answer email immediately… …before passing it to a human. Human support can take over after the first email.

Two week vacation with barely any connectivity gives you plenty time to think about your product. Right back on the horse, so I rewrote the integrations part of Deflekt.ai - now much easier to add new integrations 🚀. Finished it yesterday evening and added three new integrations just now: @pbteja1998's SiteGPT, @uglyrobot's DocsBot and @pixelhopio's Chat Thing are now supported (still need to update docs). I know everyone is hating on dark mode, but nothing beats recoloring SVGs on mode switch. Now that integrations are pulled apart from inboxes I can work on some additional deflection tools using the same principle. But before I add more features, it's time for some traffic generation as new users are dripping in too slowly (none paid yet). #buildinpublic
