We have had all kinds of fun celebrating Dr. Seuss's birthday this week! Dress up days, scavenger hunts and gave over 100 books away! @hcpslib

@SkipwithES Ms. Bayne's P.E. class in action during our week long Dr. Seuss Celebration! They built Cat in the Hat Skyscrapers with just cups and paper!
Students had fun listening to "Be Kind" (Zietlow) by the Channel 12 morning news crew in the library today! After the story, we had a great discussion about how kind people treat one another! @SarahBloomNBC12 @hcpslib
Thank you HEF!! We are so proud over here at Skipwith to receive this grant! Our students will be so excited when the new books arrive! We are also looking forward to our visit with author of Amy's Travels, Kathryn Starke!
