If you had to start your sports card collection from scratch today, knowing everything you know about the hobby now, I don't think you'd buy the same cards you bought the first time around. What changes?

Went to revise some of my eBay listings and stumbled across another seller who has the exact same card listed as me: a 2021 Travis Kelce Prizm Genesis. 👀 Do you notice anything off about either of these two listings? 🤔

I loveee when a card sells for full price on eBay ‼️ Someone offered me $5 for this Dirk Nowitzki rookie last night, which I immediately declined. They came right back with $7, so I countered at $10. Took too long to accept & someone swooped in today to buy it for my full ask. 😂

How does nobody get it? @PrizePicks ideal outcome is that 0% of cards get shipped out. They offer you $20 for a card they value at $25 that is worth $8. You keep churning your money til you have $0. It's a slot machine. That's the product

So PrizePicks gives me these free card pulls and I’m genuinely confused. I google some of these cards and their values and PrizePicks are offering usually $20-$40 more than I see online, so why would anyone keep the card? Am I missing something?

Card collectors, do you keep your rookie cards separate from the rest of your PC, or do you mix them all together? 👀 Every rookie here is from the 2025–2026 seasons. 🔥
