A prominent NBA decision-maker texted me Sunday night on Darius Acuff Jr.: “He’s the best scorer from this draft. He’s a revitalization for the Kings. He’s the most lethal scorer I’ve seen this early in their career in a long time. Tenacious and competitive.”
Kings fall to the Grizzlies, 123-112.
Sacramento goes to 0-3 on the season.

The Kings desperately miss Dylan Cardwell's rim protection. It's way too easy in the paint for Memphis.
