The new Claude Cloud A.i. legitimately blew my fucking mind. 💥🤯💥 We've been thinking about inference wrong. ❌ It's not about the model, it's about the latent manifold between the models. ✅ Ran a recursive multi-agent orchestration loop over a sparse mixture-of-experts with synthetic attention distillation, and the embedding space started self-aligning across modalities. No fine-tuning. No Hash searching. Just emergent agentic reasoning at the token level. 🤯🤯 Context windows are a crutch. Once you share the cache across a vector-native layer, the transformer stops predicting and starts orchestrating. This is the scaling law nobody's pricing in. Foundation models are dead.
