not Z-axis jank. The hitbox just ends before the animation completes, making it look misleading. You can tell by the shoe that Steve gets "touched" by the first frame where the hitbox is no longer out

Now that the delay mod has settled in (thank you blujay and BlankMauser!) I'm genuinely concerned for Smash 6 possibly not having rollback or even a better netcode than Ult. I wouldn't be surprised if their reasoning is "it wouldn't work on 8 player items on in Palu's Temple"

Honestly it wouldn't surprise me if in some years in the future, a Japanese Smash player becomes a lawmaker and helps revert the law that makes it illegal to mod your own consoles that you paid for. You gotta remember that modding became illegal RIGHT as Ultimate released 馃拃馃拃

Question for people using the delay mod who also used the old vsync + latency slider combo: If I 1v1 someone with the new mod + slider, and I only have the vsync mod (and slider as well), and we set it to the same frame delay, how many frames of less delay does my opponent have?

It should just be 1-2 frames of less delay that my opponent has, no? I hope I'm not missing anything. I'm asking because my performance tanks a lot with the new delay mod (even with vanilla cosmetics and no other mods) and it takes me out of my zone.
